Co-founder of Oklahoma’s first syringe service program, SHOTS. Andrea also founded OKHRA. Created to provide much-needed overdose education & prevention across the entire state. Andrea works hard every day to end the stigma associated with people who use drugs and is passionate about spreading harm reduction across all of  Oklahoma.

Allen specializes in non-profit media management, marketing, and branding. Creator of OKHRA's new image, he's been involved with OKHRA since early 2021. Allen's passions include opera, art, and elevating organizations that provide valuable services to the community.
