Andrea Haddox, LMSW
Co-founder of Oklahoma’s first syringe service program, SHOTS. Andrea also founded OKHRA. Created to provide much-needed overdose education & prevention across the entire state. Andrea works hard every day to end the stigma associated with people who use drugs and is passionate about spreading harm reduction across all of Oklahoma.
Director of Overdose Prevention Education & Outreach
Tim has been involved with harm reduction since 2012, starting as a participant at an SSP in Austin, Texas. With experience ranging from homelessness, justice involvement, and chaotic IV drug use, Tim felt it was important to find a way to give back to a community that selflessly gave to him when it was needed. Outside of harm reduction, Tim is a mechanical engineering student and father-figure to a sweet chubby cat named Kiwi.
Outreach Team Lead
Born and raised Oklahoman, Justice moved to Tulsa to work in homeless outreach. As our Outreach Team Lead she wishes to expand street and sex work outreach efforts. Justice is currently pursuing a Master’s in Urban Development and loves to spend time with her corgi, Rory.

Megan McNett-Firestone, MSW
Prior to working with OKHRA, Megan acquired 5 years of experience working in MAT which inspired her to pursue a graduate degree to better advocate for people who use drugs. Megan is passionate about policy work, community organizing, and harm reduction.
Taylor joined OKHRA in June of 2021 after working as a case manager for 3 years and quickly fell in love with harm reduction. She’s a mother of one and strives to do her best at making a positive impact in the world her son is growing up in. She takes pride in being the office “mom” and making sure there is order, snacks, and love in the office at all times!
Community Outreach Coordinator
Austin is an Oklahoma native and has lived and worked in downtown Tulsa since 2016. Austin enjoys live music and can usually be found hanging out in the Tulsa Arts neighborhood. Austin likes to game and watch HBO with his cat Laurel.
Hello! My name is Paytyn Sayre and I’m the part-time Outreach Specialist here at OKHRA. This is my first job in harm reduction and so far I absolutely love it and can’t wait to experience more of the field. I’m 26, born and raised in Oklahoma and I love spending time with my partner and cats.

Allen Pearcy Galeana, BM
Allen specializes in non-profit media management, marketing, and branding. Creator of OKHRA's new image, he's been involved with OKHRA since early 2021. Allen's passions include opera, art, and elevating organizations that provide valuable services to the community.
