The Oklahoma Harm Reduction Alliance strives to empower Oklahomans who use drugs with supplies, advocacy, community education, and outreach services to de-stigmatize substance use in our state.

Syringe Disposal
OKHRA works with communities on syringe disposal. In Tulsa, we set up "Take-Back" events every third Saturday, 10 AM-12 PM in the following locations:

Overdose Prevention
Outreach Services
OKHRA provides weekly outreach for unsheltered Tulsans as well as participating in mutual aid and community events supplying free harm reduction materials
to anyone in need.

Vending Machine
In partnership with H.O.P.E Testing, OKHRA is set to install Oklahoma's first and only harm reduction vending machine in Tulsa.

Andrea Haddox, LMSW
Executive Director
Co-founder of Oklahoma’s first syringe service program, SHOTS. Andrea also founded OKHRA. Created to provide much-needed overdose education & prevention across the entire state. Andrea works hard every day to end the stigma associated with people who use drugs and is passionate about spreading harm reduction across all of Oklahoma.

Tim Rutledge
Director of Overdose Prevention Education & Outreach
Tim, the man, the myth, the legend!
Tim manages OKHRA’s mail-based services, overdose prevention education, and community outreach. Tim began working with SHOTS Tulsa in 2019 and transitioned to his new role at OKHRA in December of 2020. Tim is well-known in the community for his love of harm reduction, person-centered care, and hands-on outreach services.

Allen Pearcy Galeana
Social Media & Website Manager
Allen specializes in non-profit media management, marketing, and branding. Creator of OKHRA's new image, he's been involved with OKHRA since early 2021. Allen's passions include opera, community building, and using his discerning eye to elevate organizations that provide valuable services to the communities they serve.
