The Oklahoma Harm Reduction Alliance strives to empower Oklahomans who use drugs with supplies, advocacy, community education, and outreach services to de-stigmatize substance use in our state.

Education & Consultation

OKHRA offers CEUs, community training, organizational training, and individualized personal services for clients needing extra help on their substance use journey.

Syringe Disposal 

OKHRA works with communities on syringe disposal. In Tulsa, we set up "Take-Back" events every third Saturday, 10 AM-12 PM in the following locations:

Overdose Prevention 

Outreach Services

OKHRA provides weekly outreach for unsheltered Tulsans as well as participating in mutual aid and community events supplying free harm reduction materials

to anyone in need.

OKHRA offers online, one-on-one, and in-person overdose reversal

and prevention training.

Vending Machine

In partnership with H.O.P.E Testing, OKHRA is set to install Oklahoma's first and only harm reduction vending machine in Tulsa.

OKHRA is a proud partner of Next Distribution. Next Distro is an online and mail-based harm reduction service designed to reduce opioid overdose death, prevent injection-related disease transmission, and improve the lives of people who use drugs.
